Dr. Charles B. Jones made an informal presentation on his current research at the D.C. Buddhist Studies Colloquium, Georgetown University, on February 10, 2018.He discussed his recently-submitted book manuscript on Chinese Pure Land Buddhism and a new research project on the influential modern Chinese Buddhist monk Taixu (1890-1947) and his concept of "The Pure Land in the Human Realm."
